Caroline Austin

Spa Director / Founding Partner

Caroline Austin has been a lifelong entrepreneur, passionate about alternative health, spiritual wellness, and beauty. She graduated with honors from the University of North Texas with a BA in Psychology. After college she worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas spearheading their School-Based Mentoring program, developing the first partnership with a school district in the history of the agency. She began her career in the Beauty Industry working alongside celebrity make-up artist, Susan Posnick. She then completed an in-depth study of skin, lasers, and injections under a National Medical Director for a large medspa franchise. She furthered her knowledge and experience as an Operations Director for a Dallas Medspa, assisting with all facets of day-to-day operations.

After spending five years being a stay-at-home mom, she developed the concept for Love Glow, with the purpose of helping women nurture themselves, and feel good – inside and out. She cherishes her clients and feels blessed to have an ongoing partnership in beauty with many of them. She resides in Dallas with her husband and two children, Austin and Britain, and her Goldendoodle, Skye.

Dr. LeAnn Haddock, MD

Medical Director / Partner

LeAnn Haddock, M.D. is an established physician in Obstetrics/Gynecology for over 13 years in Dallas, Texas. She completed her medical training at UT Southwestern Medical Center and residency training at Baylor University Medical Center. She is a board-certified physician by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, member of American Med Spa Association, and licensed in the state of Texas.

Though new to the aesthetic field, she is very well versed in the overall care and health for all patients. As an OBGYN, she understands the importance of women, especially moms, to take time to nurture and care for themselves. Dr. Haddock’s dynamic and warm personality has made her a regular contributor on Good Morning Texas, as a local expert on women’s health issues.

She resides in Dallas with her husband Tom, and two healthy children. Dr. Haddock loves photography, traveling, yoga/exercise, cooking, and spending time with family
and friends.

Ellen Terrell, RN

Cosmetic Nurse Injector

A Dallas native, Ellen graduated from Highland Park High School and Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. She is a Registered Nurse with over 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including Critical Care (ICU) and aesthetic nursing. She is BLS/ACLS certified and is a Certified Professional Injector for Botulinum and Facial Fillers. Ellen spends quality time with each client discussing their beauty objectives, and she has a conservative approach to treatment with non-surgical injectables such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She enjoys educating clients and helping people feel better about achieving their beauty goals. Prior to her nursing degree, Ellen graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1990 and has over 20 years of corporate sales and leadership experience. She served on the Dallas Zoo Board of Directors from 2000 – 2005 and is fluent in Spanish. She is married with three sons and resides in Dallas.
