Welcome to the exciting new Love Glow Studio blog! To start, I want to give a huge “Thank you” and blow a BIG kiss to all of our amazing clients who have supported Love Glow for the past six years. You have inspired me to reach further, and you’re the reason we have come so far!

Speaking of…How exactly did we get where we are?

Eleven years ago, I received a divine nudge to open an airbrush tanning business. I was a stay-at-home Mama with two small children, and a dream – to one day (preferably when my youngest started Kinder) transition Love Glow into a full-service Spa and Medspa. As I struggled to balance being a full-time Mom, with my brand new business plan, Love Glow had a very slow start – not launching until the week of Thanksgiving! Now, who, in their right mind launches a spray tanning business in November?! Well, I did.

Those early days were difficult and scary. There were A LOT of days that I sat and waited for clients that didn’t show. Days when I kissed my one-year-old daughter good-bye, gritted my teeth, and questioned my decision. But, I held tight to my vision. I prayed that somehow I was making a difference in the lives of my clients.

I prayed that somehow I was making a difference in the lives of my clients. In fact, I asked God to use me to help others, and I began looking for ways to help. You see, I didn’t look at spray tanning as just a superficial, frivolous job. I looked at it as a chance to help Moms look in the mirror and feel good about themselves again; an opportunity to offer a listening, non-judgmental ear to a woman who is desperate to be heard; a divine appointment for me to provide a referral to someone for something they may need. Over the years, my passion to create meaningful relationships with my clients has been the basis of my business.
One year ago, Dr. LeAnn Haddock, MD, officially joined LG to launch our medical aesthetic services. Dr. Haddock’s dynamic personality and commitment to detail, has been a dream come true for myself, and for our clients. Many know her from her regular appearances on Good Morning, Texas! – as a contributor to topics on women’s health. As a woman, a Mom and an OBGYN, Dr. Haddock understands the importance for women to take time to nurture THEMSELVES. More importantly, like myself, Dr. Haddock values her relationship with her patients, and the opportunity to help them feel amazing! I mean, who doesn’t feel amazing with a little botox and a spray tan?!

Love Glow has grown organically, through word of mouth, for six years. We have earned the unsolicited attention of Gwyneth Paltrow’s blog, GOOP! and many local celebrity favorites. There has been nothing more rewarding than being a trusted confidant and partner in beauty, to so many amazing women.
